A leading manufacturing firm in the UK is seeking a Multi-Skilled Production Operative for a temp to perm opportunity. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £14.07 with overtime at time and a half, equal to a permanent salary of £31,000. Candidates will be responsible for setting up production equipment, operating machinery, and ensuring quality standards within a collaborative team environment. The position requires flexibility, strong industry knowledge, and effective communication skills. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
Responsabilidades
- Setting up production equipment and preparing materials for manufacturing runs.
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently.
- Performing routine machine inspections for faults.
- Supporting preventive maintenance for production capacity.
- Assisting junior operators in production.
- Operating forklift trucks for material movement.
- Recording test results and addressing non-conformance.
- Communicating testing outcomes with team leaders.
