Job summary
A logistics company in Eskham is seeking a FLT/Counterbalance driver responsible for transporting high-quality plastic products. Candidates must have experience in a production environment, ability to work flexible hours, and possess a valid B1 Licence. The pay is £12.21 per hour, and the role involves both day and night shifts across a two-week rotation. Applicants should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs unassisted.
- Previous experience in a similar environment is essential.
- Evidence of at least 6 months of continuous FLT/Counterbalance experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for moving, sorting and transporting plastic products and bales.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Assist with other roles around the site if needed.

Education
Manpower are currently looking to recruit a FLT/ Counterbalance driver for one of our clients based close to North Thoresby. Own transport is essential due to the location of the site and hours required.
Mon-Thurs with Week 1 (6am-6pm) and Week 2 (6pm-6am).
£12.21ph
You will be responsible for the moving, sorting and transporting of high-quality plastic products/ plastic bales in and out of the operating areas so an eye for detail, health and safety and experience in a similar environment are essential.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is essential as you may be asked to assist with other roles around the Site.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs unassisted
- Able to evidence at least 6 months of continuous FLT/ Counterbalance experience through an in-date Certificate for a B1 Licence minimum
