A leading agricultural company in Scotland is seeking motivated field and production workers to join their teams. Responsibilities include fruit picking and packhouse work, requiring physical fitness and reliability. Candidates can expect excellent earning potential with guaranteed pay, bonuses, and flexible working hours. Own transport is essential due to location.

Responsabilités
- Perform field work including fruit picking and maintenance.
- Pack fruits and vegetables in the packhouse.
Connaissances
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic field and production workers to join our hard working teams.
- Field work may involve husbandry, fruit (strawberries/raspberries) picking, tunnel maintenance, construction and mesh winding. Work will involve heavy lifting, pushing and pulling, bending, working with tools and husbandry work may be involved. Work in all weather conditions.
- Work in packhouse - trimming swede, packing swede, packing fruits.
- Previous experience in similar roles would be an advantage but not essential.
- Own transport is essential due to location and early starts.
- Flexibility for start and finish times.
- You must be physically fit to carry out manual handling activities and cope with long periods of standing.
- Reliability and hands on attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent earning potential. You will be paid a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, performance bonuses and overtime. Work will be field based and in the packhouse, with heavy physical demands and instruction to work in all weather conditions.
