Overview

The Rakem Group is an agent, distributor and manufacturer of speciality raw materials of paper, coatings, plastics, textile fibres, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, based in Bury, Lancs.

Due to expansion, we have an opportunity for a full time production line operator to contribute to the growing, multi-skilled production team.

Responsibilities

• General production line duties including bottling, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Mixing and handling chemicals and other general warehouse tasks

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a production line environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• GCSEs in maths and English (or equivalent)
• Attention to detail and an awareness and respect for health and safety regulations
• A Forklift Truck licence is advantageous
