Overview

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic field and production workers to join our hard working teams.

Responsibilities

• Field work may involve husbandry, fruit (strawberries/raspberries) picking, tunnel maintenance, construction and mesh winding. Work will involve heavy lifting, pushing and pulling, bending, working with tools and husbandry work may be involved. Work in all weather conditions.
• Work in packhouse - trimming swede, packing swede, packing fruits.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in similar roles would be an advantage but not essential.
• Own transport is essential due to location and early starts.
• Flexibility for start and finish times.
• You must be physically fit to carry out manual handling activities and cope with long periods of standing.
• Reliability and hands on attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Compensation and Work Conditions

Excellent earning potential. You will be paid a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, performance bonuses and overtime. Work will be field based and in the packhouse, with heavy physical demands and instruction to work in all weather conditions.
