Tes is an international provider of digital solutions, dedicated to using technology to make life easier for schools and teachers. Our products and services are designed with educators in mind, ensuring innovative, trusted solutions that enhance learning and operational efficiency.

The Opportunity

As part of our expanding and evolving Product Function, we’re seeking multiple experienced Product Managers to take ownership of key areas in our portfolio. These roles are focused on front-end customer value, shaping the future direction of our products to deliver real impact for teachers, students, and parents. Working in a hybrid scaled agile model, you’ll collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and more to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Discover

Own the Value Proposition – Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product(s), ensuring customer value translates into impactful offerings and pricing models.

Manage Intake Processes – Oversee requests and ideas, working with engineering for feasibility assessments and roadmap prioritization.

Lead Research & Insights – Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and industry scanning to shape future product direction.

Deliver

Define High-Level Initiatives & Epics – Outline key functionalities, design KPIs, and align product analytics.

Support Delivery Teams – Work alongside Product Owners and UX to ensure seamless execution and overcome emergent challenges.

Drive Business Change – Partner with Business Change teams to plan and execute large-scale product releases and transformations.

Mentor & Train – Support junior team members in product improvement and strategic transformation initiatives.

Drive

Go-to-Market Leadership – Plan and execute all non-development activities, including marketing, sales enablement, training, and customer support readiness.

Measure Success – Define KPIs and collaborate with Data teams to ensure ongoing performance tracking and reporting.

P&L Ownership – Influence product profitability, pricing strategies, and commercial performance.

Continuous Improvement – Leverage customer insights, service reviews, and analytics to enhance product effectiveness.

What You Need to Succeed
Experience

Essential: Proven Product Management experience beyond delivery (not suitable for early-career Product Owners transitioning to PM roles).

Highly Desirable: Experience in SaaS product organizations (B2B or B2C), end-to-end product ownership, and P&L management.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of hybrid agile delivery models, commercial and financial awareness, and matrix-style delivery organizations.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in Jira (Backlog Management) and Figma (Design Tool).

Comfortable working in high-ambiguity, fast-changing environments, driving process improvements and transformation.

Desirable Qualifications

Certified Product Owner or Product Manager accreditation.

SAFe or similar scaled agile framework training.

User-Centered Design and Product Analytics certifications.
