A leading retail forum company in London seeks a Head of Talent Acquisition to own the recruitment process, build an employer brand, and collaborate with the CEO on recruiting strategy. The ideal candidate is proactive, has a strong work ethic, and a passion for working with people. This role requires a UK work permit, and only on-site work is offered.

Retail Insights is part of United Media ( https://www.united-media.com/ ) which focuses on building large scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.
As our Head of Talent Acquisition, you get the unique opportunity to be a key player in building the greatest brand within Insurtech. By providing you with the ownership of our recruiting, we want to constantly push you out of your comfort zone ensuring you become an expert. Monday - Friday we work from our office (next to Victoria Station) and do not offer remote work.
