A community interest company in Glasgow is seeking a Finance & HR Administrator on a part-time basis. The role offers flexible hours, approximately 10 hours per week, and focuses on charity-related financial practices. The ideal candidate will have or be eager to learn about managing funding streams, with a supportive and positive attitude expected in this dynamic environment.
Print Clan CIC is seeking a part-time, Finance & HR Administrator.
Print Clan CIC is an inclusive textile screen printing studio based in Glasgow. Our mission is to provide equitable access to textile screen printing resources that nurture creativity and contribute to wellbeing.
As a Community Interest Company with both charitable and commercial activities, we have grown steadily since 2018 and are looking for a Finance & HR Administrator to join us on a part-time basis.
The role includes a three-month probation period of 10 flexible hours per week, working Tuesday to Friday at the Print Clan Studio at 241 High Street, G4 0QR and you will report directly to our Managing Director.
We’d love to hear from someone who either understands, or is eager to learn, charity-related financial practices. This includes working with different funding streams and managing both restricted and unrestricted income. As our organisation grows further, you’ll also have the chance to support our preparations for VAT registration and help shape the financial processes that come with it.
We are a small, friendly team of four, and we work closely together in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same. We value people who care about the bigger picture – someone who understands the financial pressures of the third sector and is looking for more than just a job. This is an opportunity to contribute to our mission and help us continue building a fairer, better society.
We’re looking for a Finance & HR Administrator who will be a positive presence, support a healthy team culture, and grow with us as we move forward.
