Key Account Manager | Large Format | Yorkshire | Up to 50k

You will be responsible for:
  • Serving as the main contact for key accounts, understanding requirements, creating accurate quotes and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Following up on quotes, analysing outcomes, nurturing relationships, and seeking opportunities to increase spend within existing accounts
  • Processing orders efficiently, managing artwork approvals, and coordinating with internal teams to keep production on track
  • Delivering high‑level service, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining clear, professional communication
Key attributes required:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a wide‑format print environment or print management setting
  • Solid understanding of substrates, print techniques and finishing processes for retail, event and exhibition projects
  • Proactive, solution‑focused approach to handling client requests, including non‑standard enquiries
  • Strong negotiation abilities to drive higher quote‑to‑order conversion rates
  • Proficient with quotation tools, MIS platforms and CRM systems
  • Exceptional numeracy, communication and organisational skills
