Under the supervision and support from the team you will be required to visit patients in their own homes and provide clinical care. We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with good communication skills and a passion for caring for patients in their own homes. There is an expectation that the successful candidate will undertake our in-house development program for extended skills which will involve insulin administration, injections and wound care.
