Here at Molecular Products, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our growing commercial team in Harlow, Essex. If you’re passionate about delivering high-impact marketing campaigns that create awareness and drive lead generation, we want to hear from you.
You will use a range of channels and tools, both digital and traditional, to connect with our audience across our product family markets. Through marketing plans that join up with commercial goals and align with the business’ overall strategic plan, this role is crucial in growing Molecular Products’ global footprint and market share.

At Molecular Products our innovations protect and sustain life in the most extreme conditions, from submarine operations to emergency medical systems.
We work in 4 key markets globally - defence, healthcare, industrial and green energy. As our Marketing Coordinator, you will work across all markets and alongside our commercial teams based in the UK, US, China and India.
Based at our UK manufacturing site, you’ll team up with our Global Marketing Manager to bring bold ideas to life that grow our business.
What you’ll do
·Plan, lead, deliver and track impactful campaigns across a range of digital and traditional channels that will drive lead generation.
·Take ownership of the Molecular Products Wordpress website, from theme and plugin updates through to optimising content for SEO.
·Drive digital campaign success to generate leads that convert into funnel opportunities.
·Monitor and report on campaign metrics, suggesting and delivering improvements for optimisation.
·Support planning and execution of trade show participation to drive awareness and lead generation.
