Interim Senior Digital Marketing Manager

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with their client on a notable Interim Senior Digital Marketing Manager role. This pivotal position involves leading paid digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and digital fundraising growth, ensuring a seamless supporter experience aligned with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, optimise, and manage creative, impactful paid digital campaigns across channels, promoting the charity's mission and engaging target audiences.
  • Oversee a media budget of over £1M, maximising campaign efficiency and ensuring strong return on investment aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate in delivering the digital segment of the charity s strategic growth plan, supporting revenue, brand, and audience engagement targets.
  • Drive integrated marketing efforts across Owned, Earned, Shared, and Paid channels, ensuring consistency and maximising campaign impact.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and external media agencies to deliver measurable results and evolve reporting and optimisation practices.
  • Lead and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a data‑driven culture with an emphasis on audience insights and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and uphold the organisation s values in all communications and campaigns.
  • Support cross‑departmental collaboration to enhance supporter journeys and campaign effectiveness.
Person Specification
  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimising large‑scale digital marketing campaigns, particularly in digital fundraising or non‑profit sectors.
