Poolhall Recruitment is partnering with a well-known marketing agency in Wolverhampton to find a motivated Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with client‑facing marketing experience to step into a dynamic agency environment.

Role Overview :

You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day activity, coordinating projects, and supporting campaigns across web, SEO, PPC, social media, and branded content. Working closely with senior managers and the creative team, you’ll help deliver campaigns that drive results and contribute to the agency’s own brand presence.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring smooth project delivery
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Support new business through outreach and client engagement
  • Collaborate with creative teams on briefs, copy, design, and video content
  • Prepare client reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Represent the agency at client meetings and events when required
