Overview

We're partnering with a fast-growing multi‑brand automotive group to hire a Group Ads Specialist based full‑time in Burton‑on‑Trent. This is a team people want to join — known for its supportive culture, regular company gatherings, and continuous training investment. You will take ownership of £500k+ annual ad spend across Google, PPC, YouTube and Meta.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube and Meta
  • Develop structured testing plans and optimisation frameworks
  • Own budgets, pacing, forecasting and channel performance - Build dashboards for CPL, CPA, ROAS and revenue attribution
  • Improve landing pages and conversion journeys with RevOps & Marketing - Maintain accurate tracking (GA4, GTM, conversion APIs)
  • Introduce new channels and growth opportunities
What You'll Need
  • 4+ years of hands‑on experience managing high‑spend accounts
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build high‑level reporting
  • Experience driving performance in lead‑generation environments
  • A mindset around experimentation, optimisation and scaling what works
