A leading architecture publication is seeking an Assistant Editor or Senior Editor to join their team. This full-time position is based in London with a hybrid work model, requiring three days in the office. The successful candidate will possess editorial experience, ideally in architecture, and will engage in various tasks including content creation, editing, and supporting events. The Architectural Review (AR) is an international architecture magazine published from London. Since 1896, the AR has been a leading authority on contemporary architecture and architectural culture.
The AR is looking for an exceptional candidate with editorial experience at an architecture magazine or similar publication to join its team as senior editor (maternity cover).
This full-time fixed-term position is from mid-March 2026 to April 2027.
Note: for candidates with less experience, there is the possibility to discuss the position of assistant editor instead, for a salary of £30,000.
