  • Supervise and monitor welding and fabrication work to ensure quality, safety and procedural compliance.
  • Manage labour, materials, consumables and equipment in line with job requirements and budgets.
  • Report job progress and any cost or programme risks to management.
  • Ensure RAMS, permits to work and safe systems are in place and followed.
  • Maintain good housekeeping, timekeeping, conduct and control of tools and equipment.
  • Support procurement of materials and attend site surveys and quotation activities when required.
  • Be available for on-call or emergency response as required.

The role supports management in maintaining compliance with health, safety and company procedures.
