NSS PLUS LTD-NeuroSupport services are currently recruiting Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants with a background of Brain Injury and Mental health experience to support services users with an acquired Brain Injury. Our service aims to support rehabilitation and in enabling people to optimise independence and quality of life.

We are looking for psychology graduates,support Workers and Healthcare Assistants or suitable candidates who would be willing to support people both within their home environment and also willing to provide support in helping our clients access the community. We are looking for candidates that are confident with working independently and providing empirical feedback where necessary.

Job Title: FEMALE Rehabilitation Assistant
Location: Lambeth, SE27
Hourly Rate: GBP12.50-GBP14 per hour depending on experience.

Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours:

x2 3 hour sessions, twice per week.

Actual times/days to be agreed between the case manager and successful candidate.

About you-Essential Experience:

We are seeking a Rehab assistant, ideally someone who has hands on experience,
as a therapy student or in a similar role. Must be able to follow a programme of passive
stretch exercises, as set by the client's Neuro-Physiotherapist, and provide feedback.

Ideally someone in there 30 s or 40 s would suit and have an interest in beauty treatments/head massage, playing of games/board games to stimlate the client- advantageous but not essential.

About our client:

Our client a 26-year-old female, who has a spinal cord injury, with a tracheostomy, and is ventilator dependant.
