Job summary
A well-established recruitment agency is seeking a Payroll and HR Administrator in Melksham. This role involves leading the monthly payroll process, maintaining payroll compliance, and providing HR administrative support. Ideal candidates will have experience with payroll systems, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a negotiable salary depending on experience, along with 26 days of holiday and a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong background with payroll processing.
- Educated with payroll legislation, tax rules, and statutory compliance.
- Previous HR administration experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full end-to-end monthly payroll process with accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll legislation knowledge.
- Manage relationships with payroll providers and benefits brokers.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and prepare HR-related letters.
