As a Sales Advisor, you’ll play a key role in helping customers through every step of their homebuying journey, from first enquiry to completion, ensuring an outstanding experience throughout.

Main duties
  • Lead and motivate the Sales team by setting clear objectives, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing coaching and training to help team members achieve both individual goals and overall company targets.
  • Oversee all communication and administration related to home sales, ensuring smooth coordination with Solicitors, Estate Agents, and Financial Institutions. Guarantee all required documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant for audit purposes.
  • Manage and monitor the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track team performance, ensuring both sales volume and revenue targets are consistently achieved.
  • Take ownership of customer sales complaints, ensuring swift and professional resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments including Construction, Commercial, and Legal to ensure timely updates on plot progress and to support the achievement of completion targets.
  • Promote and uphold the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, ensuring full compliance and fostering a safe working environment for all team members.
Skills and experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Proven experience managing a successful sales team, ideally within the housing or property sector.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Relevant apprenticeship, undergraduate or postgraduate qualification — or equivalent professional experience.
Role Details
  • Up to £40,000 OTE
  • 35 hours, Thursday - Monday 10am - 5pm
  • 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Performance-based bonus scheme
  • Company Car / Car Allowance
