This thriving village independent Pharmacy requires a Pharmacist to become an integral part of their team, focusing on patient care and service delivery
This is a really exciting opportunity for an existing Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager wanting to expand their skills, or for a Newly Qualified Pharmacist who is keen to progress and make an incredibly positive start to their career.
For the successful applicant, there will be the opportunity to obtain their IP qualification (if not already gained) with an in-house DMP, and develop their skills to provide a wider variety of clinical services. If you have experience as a Pharmacy Manager there will be the opportunity to share some responsibility with the owner for a higher salary.
You will also be part of an ongoing automation programme which will allow much more time to focus on patients and services.
Working Pattern: 4 x set days p/w Monday - Friday 8.30am-6.30pm + alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm = Av. 40 hrs p/w
Key Duties
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including customer interactions and problem resolution.Appropriate practises in patient care.Willing to adapt and progress
