About the Role

West Hill Health is looking to recruit a Clinical Pharmacist to work in our PCN team, joining a team of 20 pharmacists and 2 pharmacy technicians. Candidates should be Independent Prescribers or pursuing that training, or seeking CPPE training. The role will likely be based in one practice only.

Team and Support

You will be part of a dynamic team of doctors, nurses, HCAs, paramedics, and around 20 pharmacists. You will have support and clinical supervision from other GP‑Based Pharmacists, as part of a high‑performing general practice and PCN team. The position is eligible for CPPE (mandatory unless exempt) and funded prescribing courses.

Patient Population

We look after 90,000 patients in a diverse area of central London. West Hill Health has 9 practices and is the highest‑performing PCN in North West London for patient satisfaction in 2024 and 2023, and second highest in 2025.

Workforce

The PCN has a stable workforce with exceptional admin support. Pharmacists based in general practice are an essential part of our primary care workforce and will benefit from working within networks of practices.

Multidisciplinary Team

We have a multidisciplinary team that includes pharmacists, paramedics, physician associates, doctors, nurses, health care assistants, social prescribers and care navigators.
