The role is responsible for controlling, monitoring, and assuring statutory, mandatory, and routine maintenance activity through the CAFM system (Concept Evolution), ensuring 100% PPM compliance and reactive performance in line with contractual KPIs.
You will act as the central point of control for Hard FM compliance, working closely with the technical site engineering teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to provide full visibility, assurance, and continuous improvement across the maintenance programme.
