Job Overview

As a Relief Housekeeping Assistant with CrossReach, you will help keep our home clean, safe and welcoming for older people. Daily Responsibilities

• Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and shared areas to a high standard
• Supporting residents to keep their personal spaces tidy and comfortable
• Working as part of a friendly, supportive team
• Assisting new colleagues to learn housekeeping routines
• Following Health and Safety and COSHH procedures
• Taking part in training and team meetings when required

About you

You take pride in your work and care about creating a warm, welcoming environment. You are reliable, thoughtful and happy to help wherever needed. No formal experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a caring attitude. Experience in a care setting is an advantage. You will have basic computer skills, be a member of the PVG Scheme and feel comfortable working within CrossReach’s Christian ethos, helping to promote respect, kindness and community.
