Our HR team plays a central role in making that impact possible—by enabling empowered people, inclusive teams, and a culture where everyone can thrive.

We are now looking for a dynamic, strategic, and human centered HR Business Partner to join our London hub and support several key global divisions (Technical Operations, R&D, Global Medical, Corporate Functions).

If you’re passionate about driving transformation, partnering with senior leaders, and shaping a future‑ready workforce, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

Why Ipsen?

At Ipsen, you’ll join a collaborative HR community committed to high performance, inclusion, and innovation.
Expect to find:

  • True partnership with business leaders, influencing strategy and organizational development

  • A global HR network that encourages learning, growth, and cross‑functional collaboration

  • The freedom to innovate, challenge the status quo, and shape impactful people strategies

  • A human, supportive environment where your expertise and voice matter

What You’ll Do

As our HR Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted adviser and catalyst for positive change. You will:

Lead People Strategy & Transformation

  • Partner with senior leaders to translate business objectives into actionable people plans

  • Shape a high‑performance, inclusive culture that aligns with Ipsen’s Ways of Being

  • Drive organizational development priorities, capability building, and cultural evolution

Strengthening Talent, Capability & Leadership

  • Guide performance, career development, and succession planning conversations

  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Reward to hire, grow, and retain top talent

  • Lead talent and engagement initiatives that elevate employee experience and connection

Drive Organizational Effectiveness & Change

  • Support org design, workforce planning, and change projects with clarity and empathy

  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and champion HR best practices

  • Use data insights to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and accelerate impact

Enable Learning, Growth & Continuous Improvement

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and leadership development

  • Partner across HR Centers of Expertise to deliver high‑quality, future‑focused solutions

  • Optimize processes, systems, and ways of working to support excellence across HR

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who embodies strategic thinking, social agility, and execution excellence. You will bring:

  • Experience operating within a global, matrixed organisation

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills

  • Confidence navigating complexity, ambiguity, and organizational change

  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice

  • Analytical capability and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making

  • A mindset rooted in collaboration, inclusion, and purposeful impact

  • CIPD qualifications (or equivalent) are beneficial but not essential.
