A care provider in the UK is seeking a Business Relationship Manager to oversee administration and recruitment while ensuring smooth operations in their care home. This role demands strong organisational and communication skills, as well as financial administration experience. You'll manage resident accounts, coordinate recruitment, support payroll and HR processes and ensure our systems remain accurate and efficient. You'll be a key point of contact for prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the admissions process with clarity and reassurance. You'll work closely with the Home Manager, ensuring smooth operations so the team can focus on delivering outstanding care.

If you're organised, adaptable and enjoy variety, you might be surprised how well your business management skills translate to a care home setting, where strong systems help support excellent care. Background in administration, office management, or recruitment/HR. A-level or NVQ4 is advantageous.
