A leading automotive service organisation in Chester is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver world-class customer service and support internal teams. This full-time position offers a salary of £28,000 per annum along with various benefits including additional holiday options and well-being days.
Customer Support Specialist, Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our internal teams and working closely with dealers, suppliers, and Account Managers. Your mission is to help deliver world‑class customer service at every touchpoint. To thrive in this role, you'll bring a genuine passion for exceptional service, strong attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

£28,000 per annum for 37.5 hours a week (Monday - Friday).
