Søstrene Grene is looking for you as an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in our wonderful store in Nottingham! This is an exciting and varied job in a beautiful ambience and dynamic environment. As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the store and supporting the Store Manager in the overall commercial success of the store. You will set a high example for your team and be pivotal in creating a great team spirit in store. Your responsibilities as Assistant Manager will be varied and include:

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of running a successful store
  • Creating a welcoming environment for customers in the store
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ensuring the Søstrene Grene brand image is always showcased with outstanding visual merchandising and shop floor standards
  • Keeping a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the store
  • Motivating staff members to meet and surpass targets
  • Creating and maintaining a great team spirit in store
  • Stock room management and processing deliveries
  • Training new and existing staff members
  • Assuming full responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is absent
Qualifications
