Salary: GBP85 - GBP100 per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide whole-class supervision and PPA cover as required.
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Support individual students and small groups to enhance learning.
- Contribute to curriculum programs and classroom environment.
- Maintain records of pupils' progress and observations.
- Work independently to support pupils and adapt learning as needed.
- Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and school policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- HLTA qualification or relevant experience (essential)
- UK driving licence (desired)
- Experience supporting children s learning, especially those with additional needs
- Warm and approachable team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence in leading lessons and stepping in when needed
- A proactive and adaptable approach, ready to take initiative
