Job summary
A leading legal recruitment firm is seeking a Legal Counsel specializing in construction law. You will manage defect claims and complex contract matters, providing expert legal advice on NEC and JCT contracts. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in dispute resolution and a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience. Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused approach are essential for this position, based in London.
Qualifications

You’ll need strong experience in construction law 3+ PQE and a practical, solutions-focused approach. Knowledge of public sector or housing is a plus.
