The Role
- Lead and supervise a team handling complex public/private law children cases
- Manage your own caseload and undertake advocacy in Family Courts
- Drive departmental growth and support strategic initiatives
- Qualified solicitor with a valid SRA practising certificate
- 5+ years’ experience in child care law (public & private law)
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Family Court advocacy experience under legal aid
- Children Panel Accreditation is essential
