My client is currently recruiting for an Employment Solicitor to join their top 100 firm on a fully remote basis. We are working with a highly regarded and award-winning law firm that is looking to strengthen its Employment department with an experienced solicitor. This role will suit an experienced Employment Solicitor who is looking for genuine flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work with an outstanding client base while still being part of a collaborative and ambitious team.
You will be joining a busy Employment practice with a strong pipeline of work, focusing on contentious matters, particularly cases involving discrimination, equality, and workplace disputes. Advocacy experience would be a welcome addition, although it is not essential. You will be advising and representing a wide range of clients, from senior executives to commercial businesses in industries such as transport, marketing, technology, and professional services.
