Solicitor - Residential & Rural Property (Agriculture) - Exeter- 3+ Years PQE

Location: Exeter
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £55,000 to £85,000, dependent on experience

A well-regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate (3+ years PQE) to join its expanding Residential & Rural Property team, focusing on agricultural property matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, complex transactions within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of rural and residential property matters, including:

  • Agricultural land and estate transactions
  • High-value acquisitions and disposals
  • Non-contentious rural property work
  • Liaising with private clients, financial institutions, and professional advisers
  • Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives
  • Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
  • 3+ years PQE in property law, ideally with rural or agricultural experience
  • Strong technical and drafting skills across conveyancing and commercial property
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in managing matters independently and building client trust
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
