A top-tier law firm in Dartford is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Court of Protection team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year PQE and experience managing high-value estates. The firm now seeks to add a Solicitor or Legal Executive to their Court of Protection team.
Their highly regarded Private Client team is looking for an experienced COP Lawyer with a minimum of 1 year PQE. The role involves managing complex, high-value estates and includes:
- Running files and working with the Deputy in dealings with the Court of Protection, the OPG, the individual, and their family to establish long-term relationships and ensure decisions are made in their best interests.
- Preparing general Court Applications.
- Preparing Statutory Will Applications.
- Representing the Deputy at Court of Protection Hearings.
- Investigating suspicions of Financial Abuse.
- Estate Administration.
