The Role

You will manage a caseload of childcare and public law children matters, including:

• Care proceedings and child protection cases
• Representation of parents, guardians, and children
• Liaising with local authorities and external agencies
• Advising on special guardianship, adoption, and related matters
• Advocacy in the Family Court and supporting senior colleagues in complex cases
