As the Operations Manager you’ll be the operational heartbeat between our UK office, and local teams overseas. It’s a high‑trust, hands‑on role with lots of variety – part people leadership, part customer experience, part logistics and planning. - Keep standards high across accommodation, safety, placements, and local partnerships
- Review programme performance, budgets, and feedback – then make improvements happen
- Build and maintain close relationships with staff and local communities
- Handle crises with composure and clear judgment when things don’t go to plan
- Travel overseas to visit your programmes, train teams, and see your work in action
- A calm, logical, and hands‑on problem‑solver

- Flexible to travel overseas, sometimes at short notice
