We’re delighted to be partnering with an established Facilities Management Service Provider organisation based in Central London, who are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

As Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of the business. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and internal teams to streamline processes, coordinate key projects, and help ensure operational excellence across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating daily operational and administrative activities
  • Supporting project delivery and ensuring key deadlines are met
  • Managing supplier relationships and internal communications
  • Assisting with finance administration, including invoicing and budget tracking
  • Maintaining internal systems, documentation, and process improvements
  • Providing general office management and operational support
The Ideal Candidate

You will have:
