A leading technology firm is seeking a Duty Operations Manager in Stevenage to oversee a diverse operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong management background, particularly in government or defence, and the ability to meet SLAs and KPIs. Location: Stevenage – On Site 5 Days a week. Regular travel to Bolton and Bristol.
Due to the nature of our support requirements this is an office-based role.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to support the BAU Delivery across Stevenage/Filton/Bolton. This Operations Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of a contract from our offices, managing the operations team of Wintel/Unix/Messaging/Storage/DBA engineers whilst reporting into the Service Delivery Manager who will predominantly situated in the Stevenage site. This role will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the BAU delivery as well as managing the team from a capability perspective.
