Job summary
A local educational institution in Brierley Hill is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant (Level 4) to join their dedicated Admin Team. Responsibilities include providing support within a busy school office environment. Candidates should possess Level 4 qualifications, experience in schools, and some financial background. The position offers a salary range of £22,791.66 to £24,842.22 for 37 hours per week during term time only.

Pens Meadow currently provides quality education for 110 pupils aged 4 to 19 with complex learning needs including medical conditions and autism. We are looking for a suitably qualified Administrative Assistant (Level 4) with school and some financial experience to join our highly successful and dedicated Admin Team.
- Support our staff and young people within the busy office environment of the school.
- Level 4 Administrative Assistant qualifications.
- Experience in a school and some financial experience.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Subject to medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
- 37 hours per week (8:00am to 4:00pm) – 39 Weeks per Year (Term Time Only).
- Salary: Grade 5 Scale Points 7 - 11.
- Actual Salary: £22,791.66 to £24,842.22.
