This primary school genuinely values its support staff. TAs are included in planning discussions, professional development sessions, and wellbeing activities. The leadership team prioritises staff voice and workload balance, and the SEN provision is well‑structured, with access to a dedicated sensory space and strong pastoral support.

We’ll help you find the right role and make sure you’re supported once you’re there.
