This a great opportunity to join our team of Generator Engineers based across the UK in Golborne. They service a wide variety of clients that we work with on a daily basis from datacentres to critical buildings. • Qualification in either electrical or mechanical discipline.
• Experience of Electrical or Mechanical fault finding & rectification.
• Comfortable with using a laptop.
• Experience in a field operations role.
• Ideally previous experiences within the generator stand by power or related industry but not essential.

• Undertake standard service activities to include diesel engine servicing.
• Carry out contract maintenance and inspection on a planned basis to Vertiv standards.
• Basic fault finding and rectification in both Electrical and / or Mechanical disciplines.
• Identify opportunities for extra work (SQD) & recommendations.
• Remedial work to contract customers either planned repairs or as part of a call out facility.

Completion and submission of relevant reports to service administration within a timely manner following all site activity.
