Job Description: Clinical Community Lead Nurse

Location: Chingford

Salary: £25 - £27ph

The successful candidate will oversee clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care and support to our community of residents. You will lead a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and compassionate environment.

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Conduct regular assessments and reviews of care standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Liaise with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical interventions.

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical practices and healthcare regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in patient assessment and care planning.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC pin
• Extensive experience in a clinical leadership role within a care setting.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
