The Education Training Collective (Etc.) is a dynamic and forward-thinking group of colleges and training providers, including Stockton Riverside College, Redcar and Cleveland College, Bede Sixth Form College, NETA Training Group, Innersummit and The Skills Academy. Together, we deliver high-quality education and skills training across the Tees Valley.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a King’s Trust Assistant to join our Etc. King’s Trust team reporting to our King’s Trust Head of Department. Etc. King’s Trust Teams are delivered across community locations in Stockton, Middlesbrough, Darlington and Bishop Auckland. This role will be based at Breckon Hill Community Centre, Breckon Hill Road, Middlesbrough TS4 2DR.



As a King’s Trust Assistant Team Leader with Etc. you will be responsible for supporting delivery in Middlesbrough but may work in other sites if agreed upon and if required. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with NEET young people, be a good communicator and able to support community based, dynamic training.



The role includes supporting young people throughout their 12-week King’s Trust Team personal development course, sourcing work placements and attending residential weeks as required. We can offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work and develop within a supportive and motivated team committed to continuous improvement.

Schedule

Monday-Friday
Attendance on one residential activity course per term (up to 4 days)
