Balfour Beatty are looking for a Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Manager to join our Highways team on the Lower Thames Crossing project.
The Lower Thames Crossing will create a new connection under the River Thames to increase capacity and ease congestion in the South of England. Balfour Beatty is responsible for the design and delivery of over 10 miles of new highways, connecting the M25 at Junction 29 and the A13 with the Lower Thames Crossing tunnel at Tilbury, Essex.
The HSW Manager will support the Project Director, Head of HSW and Project Senior Teams to deliver Zero Harm. They will drive performance of the relevant HSW teams ensuring efficient and effective service and support levels to meet and where possible exceed operational requirements.
