Rate: 13.04 per hour. Setting: Dementia care residential home in Ashford. Hours: Full-time, 3 shifts per week daytime.

• Provide hands‑on person‑centred care in a supportive and professional residential environment
• Lead and support a team of care assistants ensuring best practices every day
• Fully funded training to develop your skills and progress your career
• Uniform provided and DBS check paid for your convenience
• Work in a home that prioritises dignity, safety and independence for residents
• Gain experience in a specialised dementia care setting, expanding your expertise

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a care assistant in a residential or nursing home
• Understanding of person‑centred care planning principles
• Awareness of safeguarding, abuse prevention and recognis­ing signs of abuse
• Strong communication, teamwork and reliability
• Compassionate, patient‑focused approach to care

• Deliver high‑quality care and support in line with individual care plans
• Supervise and guide a team of care assistants to maintain best practices
• Recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns following correct procedures
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care records
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and the wider care team
• Support residents' physical, emotional and social well‑being
