Contract Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, hours can vary from 8am - 6pm)

Monarch Education is seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Nurse to join a welcoming and inclusive early years setting in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic practitioner who is passionate about supporting children's development in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that support the EYFS framework.
  • Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents / carers to ensure every child thrives.
  • Uphold safeguarding and health and safety standards at all times.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, caring, and committed approach to supporting young children.
