Lead Dental Nurse role based in Chelsea, London. Full-time, permanent position.

• Lead and mentor a team of nurses; delegating duties and managing performances as required.
• Chairside assistance, patient care, infection control, and decontamination of instruments.
• Maintain equipment and stock; oversee reception and staff rotas; manage audits and ensure CQC compliance.
• Work alongside the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth running of the practice; handle sickness and holiday cover.
• Support the operation of the three-surgery, computerised Dentally practice.

• At least 1 year Lead Dental Nursing experience and confidence in leading a team of nurses.
• Computer literate, organized, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
• GDC registration and a valid DBS.

• Full-time opportunity – 41.75 hours per week.
• Hours: Monday – Friday with one Saturday per month; exact hours to be discussed.
