A leading healthcare provider is looking for a part-time Practice Development Nurse to join our renal nursing team. This role involves spearheading training programs in various dialysis units, ensuring high-quality clinical care. Candidates should be NMC Registered General Nurses with strong experience in renal care and excellent people management skills. The position offers a competitive salary and 35 days of leave.
The Practice Development Nurse will spearhead the training and education programs in our dialysis units, providing support to nurses and staff to ensure the delivery of consistently high-quality clinical care.
Our team of PDNs and Clinical Leads report to the UK Nursing Director. This position is to be based in the North and you must be willing and able to travel across different sites in the region. When not travelling between sites you would be based out of a clinic allocated to you based on your home location. This PDN role is part time, 2 days per week, so will allow for an internal applicant to remain in their current clinic nursing role if current standard working hours are more than 16 per week.

Are you an experienced and dedicated dialysis nurse looking for a rewarding career in renal care? Diaverum, in partnership with the NHS, is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a PDN to join our UK team.
The Practice Development Nurse will spearhead the training and education programs in our dialysis units, providing support to nurses and staff to ensure the delivery of consistently high-quality clinical care.
Our team of PDNs and Clinical Leads report to the UK Nursing Director. This position is to expand the PDN capability within the team and can be based anywhere in the UK. You must be willing and able to travel across different sites.
For the first 6 months of the role this will include regular travel to our 4 sites in Gloucester so you must be able and prepared to travel to Gloucester on a regular basis, staying over when required. When not travelling between sites you would be based out of a clinic allocated to you based on your home location.

Candidates would ideally have a Mentorship/Teaching Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent) but if you have the right renal background we can provide practice education training.
What We Offer:
Part time: 16 hours (2 days per week)
Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.
Competitive Salary of 48k - 52k pa pro rata (as a total compensation package)
35 Days Holiday (inclusive of 8 days bank holiday), increasing with service.
