This role requires experience and understanding of Presales Solution Architecture. Candidates should be both technically proficient and commercially aware, with the ability to build rapport with key customers and internal teams.

• IaaS / PaaS / SaaS
• AI - interest in developing expertise, no prior experience required

• Research and development of new Azure products and services
• Participate in private and public previews
• Ensure internal teams are 'customer zero' by testing and validating new products before external deployment
• Gather feedback from cross-functional teams to influence product roadmaps
• Monitor 'end of life' products and communicate upcoming changes
• Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices
• Create high-quality documentation to standardize solution architectures
• Implement processes and templates for internal and customer use
• Collaborate with Product Team, Presales, Professional, and Managed Services
• Develop scalable and repeatable blueprints for customer delivery
• Identify automation opportunities and work with teams to implement them
• Support vendor management and partner accreditation processes
