- Must have previous experience within a similar warehouse management or supervisory position.
- Must have worked with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Must be able to communicate clearly with other team members in English.
Responsabilités
- Lead and motivate a team of operatives to create high performance.
- Oversee day and night operations, including stock flow.
- Develop shift plans and assign duties for timely task completion.
- Use WMS to track inventory accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Provide regular performance feedback to leadership.
- Ensure smooth shift handovers.
- Conduct regular team reviews and coaching for development.
