A children's residential care provider in the UK is seeking dedicated Night Support Workers to provide high-quality overnight care for young people with complex learning needs. This role involves assisting with personal care routines and ensuring a safe environment during the night. Location: Meldreth, near Royston (Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border)
Salary: £12.37-£13.49 per hour + £25 night shift supplement + £1500 welcome bonus
Hours: Average 40 hours/week on a 4-week rota (8:45pm-8:15am)
Full-time and part-time contracts available
