A local care facility in Borehamwood is looking for a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join their team. The role involves providing essential personal care to residents while ensuring their dignity and independence. The job offers competitive weekday and weekend rates, along with the opportunity to work in a supportive and compassionate environment. This is a permanent position with a commitment of 36 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Experience in personal care with residents.
- Ability to maintain dignity and independence of residents.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsabilités
- Support residents with personal care while ensuring privacy.
- Ensure the safety and security of the home at night.
- Complete and sign all necessary night documentation.
Night Care Assistant to join The Radley Care Home in Borehamwood. The Night Care Assistant will provide residents with a detailed care plan and assist with all aspects of personal care. They will ensure residents maintain independence and dignity with a person-centred approach to the care provided.
Weekday: £12.64
Weekend: £13.33
Permanent • 36 hours
